Full: Home Again—Tapestry Reimagined

December 21, 2018 @ 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm

Programmed by PC Muñoz

Acclaimed San Francisco recording artist and producer PC Muñoz leads an all-star ensemble through a lovingly crafted reimagination of Carole King’s blockbuster 1971 album Tapestry. Hear classics like “I Feel the Earth Move,” “You’ve Got a Friend,” and “It’s Too Late” in unique new musical contexts, from funk to jazz to hip-hop and beyond. Featuring longtime Berkeley vocalist Zoe Ellis, Bay Area jazz bassist Aaron Germain, cellist Alex Kelly, trumpeter/DJ Will Magid, and more.

Copresented by the Jewish Community Center of the East Bay.
